This 20" x 15 3/4" pink form was used for the November 18, 1921 of the S S Sapula from Galveston, Texas bound for Tampico, Mexico. Lists the passengers and lots of information on them. In very good condition with edge wear. Has been folded. On the back side is a list of instructions for filling out the front side. An interesting item of Nautical history.
