Gold Label Collection World's Fair Roundabout spinning teacups music see notes

There are some broken parts that came off like the sign, part of the fencing, flags, etc. 

When this is plugged in with a proper power source it turns on and plays music but the carousel and cups don't seem to move so treat this as is for parts
