The bone handles are BEAUTIFUL.  Not synthetic in any way.  

I believe this is from the early 1930's or earlier.

Two blade.  Marked Ulster Knife Co. on the tang.  It is an early Ulster.

PERFECTLY AGED PATINA!  Bolsters are in good condition.  Blades have some sings of age as seen in pictures.  I needed to use a tool to open the smaller blade as its spring is broke.  The rear scale has a hairline crack that doesnt affect its strength.   SEE PICTURES.

3 3/8" long when closed.

Will be protected well and insured.
