Ingredients: Salt, Corn Starch, Dextrose, Hydrolyzed Corn Gluten, Soy Proteins and Wheat Gluten, Rendered Beef Fat, Caramel Color, Onion, Corn Syrup Solids, Garlic, Spices (Including Black Pepper), Celery, Xanthan Gum (Thickener), Sodium Caseinate (Milk), Beef Fat, Enriched Bleached Wheat flour (Wheat & Malt Barley Flour, Niacin, Iron, Thiamine Mononitrate, Riboflavin, Folic Acid), Natural Flavor, Extractives of Garlic, and Extractives of Onion.
Directions: Total Time: 10 minutes. Makes 3 cups. You will need: 1 pkg. McCormick Gravy Mix, 3 cup Cold Water. 1. Stir water gradually into Gravy Mix with whisk in medium saucepan. 2. Stirring frequently, cook on medium-high heat until gravy comes to boil. Serve over beef or pork. For thicker Au Jus gravy: Mix 3 tbsp. flour with gravy mix before adding water.
