  Note:  This has a hard, heavy cardboard case and opens as shown.  It is not the traditional gatefold, thin paper stock album cover.
  
   

• Condition of record is visually graded VG++ (very good ++), having very light non deep surface marks from removing from the sleeve.  These are not needle scratches.  Cover is graded VG++ (very good ++) to near mint.  Very light store shelf edge wear and a very small drill hole at the bottom left, otherwise great.
