Exterior with rubbing to all edges and corners. Some wearing/staining to covers from age and use. 

Staple spine is sound with normal rubbing.

Interior with all pages intact and complete with NO markings to any text pages. 

There is some yellowing/toning to pages from age and use and some pages with discoloration.

Solid but definitely showing use and wearing.
