Boy paper doll - vintage, German. One sheet - uncut

This is on a rougher paper.  I have had a paper doll with a pose like that which was American and it had a different look to it - paper and ink wise. I am thinking this is previous to that. 

I do not know the age or name of it.

This is my mother-in-law's collection.

Colors are bright.
