Very Rare Uncommon Item!

Item Detail:

My Dad was a teacher at a small private school and was in charge of organizing a card show as a fundraiser. He got donated items for sales and wrote Jesse Helms ( NC Senator at the time) and was sent the official letter and a signed baseball. Letter and envelope is dated 1990.  (Selling some of our  family items to help my mom with funds after my dad passed away. )
