Vintage Seymour Mann Inc. Small Hand Painted Rose Bouquet Basket Pitcher - Approximately 7" Tall and 3" at Base.  Printed on bottom "Rose Bouquet Hand Painted Exclusively for Seymour Mann Inc. MCMLXXVIII" (1978).  It also has a sticker on the bottom "Mann Made in Tawain R.O.C."
