RED THIN CAYENNE PEPPER. These thin, tapering peppers start out green in color and turn a bright red when mature. 'Cayenne' peppers can reach six inches in length by one-half inch in diameter. A versatile pepper, they are used for pickling, canning or drying. A nice, hot variety that can reach 30,000 to 50,000 Scoville Units. 'Cayenne' peppers are named after the South American river in Guyana by the same name. 100+ seeds per order.
