The basting brush features a handle constructed of stainless steel with green silicone bristles.  It is ergonomically designed to be comfortable in your hand and easy to use. The benefit to using a silicone brush is that it is much easier to clean than a standard brush, it is dishwasher safe and the bristles do not break!
