  • Compatibility: fit for Zebra ZT410 203dpi (ZT41042-XXXXXXXX) only. Not fit for Zebra ZT410 300dpi (ZT41043-XXXXXXXX), ZT410 600dpi (ZT41046-XXXXXXXX), ZT420 203dpi (ZT42062-XXXXXXXX), ZT420 300dpi (ZT42063-XXXXXXXX). Please double check printer model before purchase.
  • How to check if this printhead fits your printer: a. Check the label attached on back of your printer to see if the part number is ZT41042-XXXXXXXX. If it's starting with ZT41043 or ZT41046 then it doesn't fit. b. If the printer label is missing, but you're sure your printer is ZT410, check the label on your old printhead to see if its resistance value (R=XXX Ω) is less than 1000. If it's more than 1000 than it doesn't fit.
  • Quality warranty period: 90 days upon receipt (does not cover defects or damage result from normal wear and tear, misuse, negligence, improper storage).

You will then be provided with a return shipping label and packing slip. Pack the item carefully. Include the packing slip, apply the shipping label, and return the item within 30 business days of the date you request a return, or your return will be canceled. Once we receive your order we will inspect the return. Please allow up to 5 business days of receiving the returned item for your refund.
