DIRECTIONS:
For internal use: Mix 1/2 teaspoon clay into your drink of choice to help digestion and cleanse.
For external use: Mix 1 part clay into 3 parts water or apple cider vinegar. Mix completely until the clay is smooth and add clay or liquid as needed to achieve the desired texture.
Do not use metal appliances or containers. Apply to skin and allow to dry for 15 to 20 minutes. For sensitive skin, or use in hair, allow to dry for 5 minutes. Use warm water to remove clay.
Use once per week or as needed if additional applications are required.
