ADJUSTABLE BACKREST: Quickly and easily adapt the folding workout bench to incline, flat, and decline. It independently adjusts to a -20 degree decline to +80 degree incline angles and a flat position height of 17.5".
LEG HOLD-DOWN: Features extended leg stabilizers to prevent movement or rocking during workouts and a detachable 3-position adjustable leg hold-down bar for extra stability. All of our benches are compatible with our squat racks and power cages.
