This is a black horizontal Bose Acoustimass Lifestyle center double cube speaker.  It has been tested and it sounds great.  This speaker does come with the cord that is shown.  This speaker works great but it does have some signs of use.  It could have scratches, scuffs and or light markings.  You get the actual item pictured so please look at all photos and ask any questions before purchase.
