New OEM genuine Lexus Door Mirror; New OEM Less the box - not aftermarket junk! It was stored with other parts on a rack less the box with scratched the paint up as shown.  NO damage, cracks, chips - just needs to be repainted. Warehouse dust on it from sitting, handling marks. 

Note!  This plug is 13 wires, they also make a 15 wire plug - you would lose the option if yuou have 15 wires.
