When my husband served in the US Air Force, he did some training with the Ukraine Air Force. He was gifted this shirt by a Colonel Pilot.
The shirt has some stains (see photos).
Comes with the shoulder rank insignia. One of the insignia bands doesn't button close. It's currently held by tape.
