There may be little bit rust present on these rings please do not take rust as a defect. Its natural characteristic of iron. Also, rings are dipped in holy water whilst doing Shani Pooja/energising by Pandit.

These rings are slightly adjustable in size. e.g. if someone needs M or O size and its not available in stock then they can purchase Size N and open it up by pulling both ends of the ring to make O size, it will increase size. For decreasing size they can push end to inner side or can cross ends sidewise to make M.
