This is a fabulously chic vintage 80s wiggle off-shoulder party dress by Scott McClintock. Rich black velvet with ornate lace collar.

- Size: Marked a size 8, but these vintage dresses run small. Shown unclipped on a size 4 mannequin, and it fits very well with maybe a tiny bit of additional room available. Please check the measurements given and compare to a similar dress you already own that fits well. The mannequin measures 34-25-34.5
- Black velvet
- 70% Acetate 16% Nylon 16% Rayon
- Striking off-the-shoulder style, with satin-covered elastic straps over shoulder to hold in position.
- Velvet collar overlaid with elaborate heavy white lace extends into cap sleeve effect over shoulder. The collar is backed with black satin.
- Very fitted wiggle-style cut, with darts over waist
- Boning through waist to enhance hourglass fit
- Straight skirt, with slit in back
- Invisible back zipper
- Bodice is lined with black satin - the skirt is unlined
- I just love these vintage Scott McClintock dresses - classy, yet sexy. Very feminine.
- CONDITION
- In excellent condition overall, with one small mention: I accidentally touched the velvet with my steamer in one small spot, and it left a minor mark that is not noticeable unless you are looking at it close up.
