It is made out of durable Nylon 645

A bit noisier than original, however allows to burn more calories thanks to the low friction.

Remove plastic cap covering roller bolt, remove bolt and old roller.

Please remove and clean bushings from the old roller, install bushings in to the new roller.

Wipe clean and lubricate the shaft prior installation.
