Record surface has some light scuffing and hairlines. The audio quality sounds bright, loud and good. Each side has the song itself, followed by spoken instructions during the song.
Insert:
8.5 x 11 double-sided dance instructions in good condition folded to fit inside sleeve. I would imagine these are original but cannot confirm.
Sleeve:
Plain white paper sleeve.
