This is a Genuine Stillson wrench by Walworth Manufacturing, Massachusetts. 

It is marked 14. Designed by Daniel Stillson, a mechanic at the Walworth Company, in Cambridge, MA. This is an 1882 improved wrench based on Stillson's U.S. Improvement Patent #126161 of 1872.
