In good clean preowned vintage condition. Have signs of play/handling and age/wear. Newspaper rack has marker marks on the bottom and mail box has faded writing on one side. They both have scratches/marks. Graphics have some wear. See photos for further details.

Green railroad crossing sign is marked 1981 CBS Inc 62500-119 and white sign is marked 62500-121.
