This is an early 1980's Piece.  Ceramic (porcelain) ashtray with 10 cruise line company logos possibly hand painted on (we are not sure if it is all painted or a mix of transfers and painting, but we can see brush strokes)  9 Inches across the widest part x 1 3/4 inches deep with gold edge trim.   The green in the Princess Cruises woman's hair has paint loss...no chipping cracks or breaks to the porcelain

The logos include Royal Viking, Royal Caribbean, Pearl, Norwegian Caribbean, Princess Cruises, P&O Lines, Holland America, Flagship, Carnival and Sitmar

Back stamps is International Porcelain Art Teachers Inc Reg # 00202 and the name A Krummel or R Krummel (we think)
