Blue Mountain  Pottery 17" Dolphin BMP

Large dolphin figurine from Canada's well-known Blue Mountain Pottery (BMP). It's finished in BMP's cobalt blue drip glaze used in the 1970s and 1980s. The base colour is a near black, while the drip is a rich blue with flows of blue black.

No chips, no cracks, no crazing. 

Canadian pottery originally from Collingwood, Ontario Canada. Manufacturer is no longer in business and  ceased production in 2004.

This is a heavy delicate item and will be carefully packaged and boxed.
