Sold as is, not fully tested, for parts or repair. It shows general wear, there are some scratches, scuffs, repaint spots, fading. It does have a key, but the bracket needs to be fixed, it does not lock now. There is no coin collecting cup. No stand. The timing was tested with a Nickle, seemed to be working properly.
