Getting started with Soligt rib rack
1.Prepare your grill and ribs for use.
2.Stand the prepared full racks of ribs in Soligt rib rack.
Place each rib slab into the slots on the rack with the breast bone (the fattiest side) at the top. This allows the fat to baste your ribs as it renders off the bones during grilling.
Suggestion: Spray the rib rack with Pam before the cook for easy cleaning
3.Set the full rib rack in the center of the cooking grate above a foil roasting pan.
4.Grill the ribs for about 2 1/2 hours, basting the meat with desired sauce prior to the last 30 minutes of cooking time.
Suggestion: Periodically swap the positions of the ribs in the rib rack for even cooking.
