How to Better Keep Your Food Warm/Cool

Factors will affect the insulation
- （1) Amount of Food: If the food is less than 3/4 of the insulated lunch box,it may reduce the insulation capability.
- （2) Original Temperature of Food: We suggest heating the food to a temperature high enough to get a good insulation result.The higher the initial temperature of the food, the better the insulation effect
