This is very chic vintage 1960's Hawaiian maxi dress by Paradise Hawaii.
Size S / M. 40" bust.
Brand: Paradise Hawaii Made in Honolulu.
100% cotton.
The fabric is unusual - not sure what to call it - but it is a medium weight, with a tight weave floral damask design alternating with more open weave areas - very textural.
Turquoise blue and white roses and plumeria with green foliage and background.
Round neck.
Bust darts.
Short sleeves with dramatic swooping hem. The sleeves are lined with lime green.
Deep side slits with knotted fabric buttons and loops.
Unlined.
In excellent vintage condition - only one very minor issue to mention, a tiny brown spot in the middle of one of the blue roses, near the hem on the right front of dress. Otherwise, near pristine, and exceptionally nice. Clean and well-kept.
