Feature:

The DEF heater tank is designed to quickly return the DEF to a liquid state, ensuring proper fluid flow in the lines and pump unit. If your diesel vehicle is in limp mode, or not running at full power, a common culprit is a faulty DEF heater element.

Installation method:
●Remove the oil outlet dust cover and oil return port dust cover on the flange, and then insert the oil seal ring and oil return ring.
●Install the top seal ring into the urea tank.
●Install the preheater into the urea tank, rotate it 10° to the right, and lock the tank. Then press the top cover into the urea tank port and tighten it with the top cover seal ring.
●Tighten the flange and fix the top cover.
●Install the urea pump assembly.
●Connect the steam filter pipeline, wiring plug, etc., and fix the wiring with a cable tie.
●After installation, the system needs to meet certain conditions to work, so use the computer to control the detection system directly to see if it works, otherwise you need to start the vehicle inspection
