Item is pre-owned and in good condition with no holes, tears or stains. On the hem of one of the arms, the hem is still folded, but it has pulled away from the stitching as shown in last picture. A very easy fix if needed. Smoke free environment.

This is a very nice dress with a crotchet lace that is almost like an eyelet design. This has a back zip & 3/4" sleeves. Shoulder to shoulder measures 15" x pit to pit measures 18" x shoulder to hem measures 34" x sleeve length measures 20.5".
