Obverse: DN ARCADIVS PF AVG--translation: "Dominus Noster Arcadius Pius Felix Augustus" (Our Lord Arcadius pius happy Augustus), pearl-diademed head right of Arcadius.
Reverse: VICTORIA AVGGG ~ Unabridged legend: Victoria Augustorum ~ Translation: Victory of our three emperors. Victory walking on the left, holding a wreath crown in the right hand and a palm in the left, Siscia mint mark in exergue BSIS (B=2nd Officina). RARE R1 in RIC.
