These jeans are NWT. The size tag states 14 regulars. I myself wear a 14 regular. The waist is defiantly smaller than a 14. The size looks more like a 12. My measurements are approximately: Length: 35 inches: Waist: Measures seam to seam: 14 inches. Inseam: 26 inches: Rise: 10 inches. You will see in the photos how the waist is not straight to the hips. These jeans would make a nice addition to an outing.
