This is a really neat tag, looks like it was hooked onto a product of some sort, and reads "Excuse haste and a poor Pen"  With Compliments of Empire Drill Co. 134 - 2nd St.  Louisville, Ky   Assuming it was some sort of implement  or product they sold. 

Measures approx  x 7 3/4" x 3", and I believe is made of celluloid.  Something that does not last, so imagine it is a very rare piece.  Would really be neat framed!
