Good Preowned Condition - Typical wear as is expected - There is some wear and loss of paint around the edges - some surface scratches on the tray surface as noted in photos - one area 1/2 x 1/4 inch area where the paint is scratched away.  See all photos for a better idea of condition.   Still a beautiful piece of art with imperfections from years of service.
