Custom Hand painted Silverplated Tea Pot DECOR Checkerboard Dots Multi color 90s. Teapot is much older though.   This painting style was to mimic a very popular trend at the time with the Checkerboard themes and whimsical look.  Teapot is marked Silver over Brass on the bottom.
