This mounts to the outside of the doors, near the windows. It was removed from a 1963 Fury - verify it is correct for your application prior to purchase. Both rear pieces have slight waves at the back/top edges. The right front is very straight but has a hole drilled in one end that is hidden once installed. The left front has one small dent and an indentation (rectangular) that was probably done in manufacturing. I tried to picture all damaged areas but some are hard to see.
