• All returns must be received back in their original packaging with all items including any accessories and complete documentation.
• Returned merchandise must be returned in its original condition with no signs of use, wear or tear. All returns will incur a 20% restocking fee.
• Shipping and handling charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.
• Return shipping will be at the customer's expense.
• We will credit your PayPal account once the items have been properly checked and received by our returns department.

Shipping
US Shipments are processed quickly and are received anywhere between 1-5 business days depending on location. Tracking numbers are uploaded daily and are found under your "My purchases" tab in your "My".
Most shipments are shipped via USPS. If the USPS does not deliver to your location please make a note to us in the "Notes" section.
If you only have a PO Box, the package must be shipped via USPS. UPS only delivers to physical street addresses.
