Condition: The book is from 1972 so it is not in perfect condition but is in good useable condition.  The front and rear covers of the book show signs of wear with many scrapes and rub marks and the bottom outside corners are a bit dogeared.

Measurements:  The book measures about 8.5 x 11 inches.
