Item Description
- The current display shows 20-55A at 110V and 20-55A at 220V. The recommended maximum cutting thickness is 15mm at 35A with 110V and 50 PSI, and 20mm at 55A with 220V and 60 PSI.
- This plasma cutter machine efficiently cuts through rough, painted, and rusty surfaces, reduces energy consumption during non-cutting tasks, minimizes electrode burning, and extends service life. It is suitable for stainless steel, alloy steel, mild steel, copper, aluminum, and more.
- Inside the machine, there is an air pressure sensor that allows users to adjust the air pressure via the regulator. Users can also connect to an oxygen supply after linking to the air compressor.
- Included with the machine are the power supply, plasma torch, ground clamp, pre-installed NPT 1/4” industry-type D plug, air filter regulator, consumables, and an instruction manual. The setup is easy, and lifetime technical support is provided,plasma cutter without a built-in air compressor.

- The torch head operates without needing to contact the metal plate. With an added PA adjustment function, it allows extended pilot arc maintenance time, reducing energy consumption during non-cutting tasks, minimizing electrode wear, and prolonging service life.
55Amp Non-Touch Pilot ARC Plasma Cutter
- The plasma cutter machine is equipped with an internal air pressure sensor, allowing users to adjust the air pressure via the regulator. An air filter is installed at the back of the machine, featuring a 1/4" NPT quick air connector for immediate use right out of the box. Simply connect to an air compressor with a recommended air pressure of 90 PSI and a flow rate of 250 L/min.
Cutting Thickness
- Utilizing advanced IGBT inverter technology and a 50/60Hz high-frequency pilot arc plasma, this machine operates on dual voltage (110V/220V) with a 60% duty cycle. The current range at 110V is 15-35A, while at 220V it’s 15-55A. Recommended maximum cutting thickness is 12mm at 35A with 110V and 50 PSI, and 18mm at 50A with 220V and 60 PSI.
