Item description for Vintage Plastic Eyed Hand Painted Owl Ceramic Hollow Home Decor Animal Bird

This is a vintage hand painted owl figure. I believe the figure is ceramic. The owl is in great shape, it may have some light wear due to age but no chips or cracks. There is some excess glaze near the face of the bird which has discolored a little bit. Please see all photos. Owl is about 4 inches tall.
