Capitol Rape is an intense story of intrigue in the Colorado legislature. The author weaves an interesting plot of sex, party politics, lobbyist influence, and diverse personalities as the bill wends its way through the legislative process. Along the way the reader will find out just how complex the legislative process is and how situation dependent new legislation can be. A large cast of colorful, fictional characters add to the suspense of the plot.
