All parts advertised have already been removed from used/salvage vehicles and already on the shelf ready for shipments.
Various gaskets, seals, sealing rings, clamps, clips, brackets and other fasteners may often remain on parts. They are of ONE-TIME USE and very often get damaged when the part is removed. Such components must be purchased ONLY NEW and are not included into the kit! In other words, they may be present on the parts but require mandatory replacement with the NEW ones. Do not think that they can be reused during installation. We are not responsible for installing parts without replacing them with the new ones.

You will only receive what is pictured unless otherwise stated in the description. Please do not assume anything else will be included if it is not pictured. 
All of the parts we sell are guaranteed to be in good working condition unless otherwise noted. Our photos provide an accurate representation of the listed product.  Products sold in quantities will show a single image representing the others in equal or greater condition. We ONLY guarantee the part(s) will fit the vehicle(s) listed in the description. If your vehicle was not originally equipped with the EXACT part(s) listed, it is your responsibility to consult a dealer to see if it will fit your application. Additional items may be needed if this is an upgrade or custom installation. Please consult your local dealer for ALL other applications.

Warranty:

All engines/transmissions/transfer cases/differentials come with 30-day warranty for PARTS replacement only, no labor costs reimbursements.

Payment:

We accept credit card and cash in person.  We require items to be paid for within 5 business days otherwise we reserve the right to cancel the sale and relist the item.

Shipping:

Free shipping applies only to shipments to the lower 48 states.  Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and Guam should call or email us BEFORE bidding or making offers to obtain accurate shipping price.  Purchases over $300 will be shipped with signature confirmation for delivery please take a note and make sure someone is available to sign for the package.

Oversized items are shipped by freight truck. SHIPPING ONLY TO BUSINESS LOCATION! The shipping company need:
1) first and last name
2) Company name
3) Phone number
If FREE shipping is being advertised for oversized item it is assumed to be shipped from commercial location with dock or forklift to another commercial location with dock or forklift.  Other locations will incur a lift gate and other residential delivery fees imposed by freight companies.

Buyer is responsible for providing correct address, Imperial Auto LLC will not pay for charges incurred due to incorrect addresses.

Import duties/taxes are full responsibility of buyer/receiver.

Valid daytime phone number is required for all freight/heavy shipments.

Returns:

If there is an issue/problem with the part you purchased please contact us immediately either through or customer support phone, we strive for 5-star service and will help by any means necessary to address your concern.

All parts sold by Imperial Auto LLC bear a permanent identification mark and we will not take any part back if this mark is missing or altered in any way.  Parts must not be installed, modified or disassembled in any way otherwise we will not allow for return.  There is 20% restocking fee for any part that is being returned because purchase in error or incorrect research done on buyers end.  Buyer is responsible for return shipping.  No credit/refund will be given on any shipping charges paid by Imperial Auto LLC for outbound shipments.  We have a 30-day return policy, mean we will only accept requests for returns during first 30 days from the date of shipping, including weekends and holidays. We do not accept return if the part has damage or marked as "for parts".

Sales tax:

We are licensed business in the state of New Jersey, any shipments to New Jersey and local pick-ups will incur 6.625% NJ sales tax charge.
