These cards were randomly handed out at movie theaters in the early 2000's to promote “Pokemon: which were one of the first promo cards released by Wizards Of The Coast. You will receive one card pictured 1995, 96, 98 Nintendo, Creatures, GAMEFREAK. 1999-2000 Wizards.

This is for the sealed promo.  The card inside may be off-center or have some factory edgewear, but it is still 100% sealed.  In many cases these cards have impressions from the seal due to time and pressure so please be aware of this if you buy with the intention of opening and then trying to grade the card professionally.
