Vintage Seiko ladies watch 11-3949 winding works blue dial silver toned 18mm. The crystal and band do have some wear(please see photos). This is a vintage mechanical watch and can not give you accuracy or tell when it will stop. This watch will be tested again before shipping, and I will notify the buyer if it ceases to run.
