This great wall hanging decoration of the 12 Tribes of Israel choshen Stones is handmade in the Holy land of Israel from engraved poplar, gemstones and a layer of Perspex to protect it.
It is adorned with 12 semi-precious gem stones representing the 12 tribes of Israel, as they might have appeared on the breastplate of the Great Cohen.
The High Priest wore the 12 Tribes of Israel Stones on his breastplate during his duties in the Tabernacle and Temple. The stones were arranged in four rows of three each, with each stone inscribed with a tribe's name. They symbolize Israel's diversity and unity. They are believed to have originated from Jacob's 12 sons who became the 12 tribes.
