The back reads Edward Sheilds MacConnell and Mother Mrs Geo. S Young taken Atlantic City NJ. The last day she spent with him 1907.

Edward Shields MacConnell b1892 lived in Parnassus Pa in 1900 with stepfather George S Young, mother Clara Janvier Sheilds MacConnell Young, sister Helen McConnell, stepbrothers Ralph W Young and Kenneth George Young.

Sadly he died August 6 1907. Clara died 1917. Helen died 1920 of Tuberculosis.

Ralph went on to marry Ruth Alter and they had a son Ralph Young Jr who died in 1954, George Wayne Jr  and sister Miriam Glass Mauer.

George Kenneth Young married Charlotte Lyle and they had a son Edward McConnell Young who died in 2007.
