Surface has a few scuffs and light scratches. Audio quality is good although it does play with a little background noise. Some pops/clicks may exist.
Sleeve:
Old green/blue heavy-duty paper sleeve with some fading around edge and a numbered sticker on one corner. "Recordvelope" stamped on back side.
