This is a brand new, sealed Gears of War board game.  My son won this for placing 3^rd in a Gears of War tournament hosted by Epic Games in Durham NC about 12 years ago. He just put it on a shelf and never opened it. This is sealed and unused. This was prior to them going on sale. This has a copyright date of 2006-2011 Epic Games Inc. A board game by Corey Konieczka and Fantasy Flight Games. I will be listing some other swag he received from this event as well in next week or so, please save our store.
