Driver quality original factory horn ring 1967 Ford passenger cars

The chrome is shiny but it does have multiple pits and unfortunately at the base where the painted black arm attaches to round base one side has a break

It would take someone skilled in welding blended metal to repair it or would be good for a driver car without being repaired
